Thank you to all of those of you who were able to join us for the Key Stage 2 sports day. I am in awe of how well our children participated and supported each other. It was great to see all children taking part in a track and a field event. We hope that we are as lucky with the weather for next week’s Key Stage 1 event.
Well done to our cricket team who took part in the Sports Hall Athletics Cricket tournament, this week. Mr Bradley informs me that they had a great day and represented the school brilliantly. Well done to them on their bronze medals – very well deserved recognition of their determination.
Today, Mrs Peters held the trial of Goldilocks. Children in all classes have spent the week looking at the evidence and deliberating about Goldilocks’s innocence. This morning, a jury consisting of one child per class, gave their verdicts. With the exception of 1 class, the decision was that she was indeed, guilty of the crimes that she was accused of. Her punishment … 3 weeks community service!
