As part of our Music curriculum, 3/4JB are spending the Autumn Term learning how to play brass instruments. Our specialist teacher from Dudley Performing Arts is teaching us how to play a mixture of cornets, trumpets and euphoniums.
Each Friday, we are learning to play different notes on our instruments as well as learning how to read musical notation: this includes rhythms, note lengths and rests.
We are really looking forward to our lessons after half-term where we will have the chance to learn Christmas pieces, ready for a concert for parents before the Christmas holiday!
